We thought it might interest you to know that since launching just 5 years ago, Somewhere House Somerset has had over 5500 hours of face to face contact, be it on a 121 basis, with a family or at a school or college.

It’s quite staggering how many people have and continue to benefit from this worthwhile charity and a big thank you to all of you who have and continue to donate to us.

We really appreciate it and with your support, so many lives change as a result….for the better

Charity Jumble Sale – 12th November

We are putting on another epic jumble sale next Saturday, the 12th November from 10.30am-1pm at St Andrews Church Hall in Burnham on Sea!

We’d love to see as many of you there as possible and all jumble is available to purchase for just a donation to Somewhere House Somerset.

Likewise if you have any jumble to donate, please bring it with you and we’ll be happy to sell it on!

Everest Base Camp Accomplished!!

We have exciting news!!

Dave and Kyle have returned safely from their epic adventure and we’re so proud to announce they successfully climbed to Everest Base Camp and the in the process, raised a huge amount of money for our charity.

Dave shared what an incredible experience it had been and that whilst gruelling and as you can see from the pictures at times, cold, it was a once in a  lifetime trip and hugely enjoyable and of course, rewarding.

From everyone at Somewhere House Somerset a MASSIVE thank you for all your donations and messages of luck and of course, to Dave and Kyle on this momentous achievement.
